Objectives of this Role:
– Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to project requirements, and respond to client concerns and needs across the project lifecycle
– Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
– Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
-Develop a thorough understanding of our agency’s service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
– Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

 

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
– Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
– Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meet their needs
– Handle social media accounts in terms of community and posting
– Create marketing plans and presentations for the clients
– Responsible for all copy-writing material (i.e. Press Releases or other written content) based on client’s brief
-Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
-Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

Skills and Qualifications:
– Professional experience for minimum 4 years in a same position
– Relevant studies on the field of Marketing
– Highly organized and consistent with time & task management
– Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
– Connections with key media
– Excellent understanding and handling of digital communication tools, incl. social media
– Creative yet structured mindset
– Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Good attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent knowledge of using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Fluently Greek and English are a must
